replacing transmission solenoid

anyone have instructions on changing out the solenoid? on a 92 integra rs

if your car is an auto , then it is real simple , only 2 or three bolts hold it on

ive never seen a tranny solenoid on a manual so I guess it has to be autotragic.

3 bolts easy as hell takes a few minutes.
