For service... I recently bought a 94 CBR 600 F2 and I'm looking to do a tune up on it.. Maybe some jet/carb cleaning. It has a tough time starting if I leave it sitting for a few days, but after it's warm I can shut it off and it cranks right back up. It also sounds like it needs a valve adjustment until it warms up..

I'd be willing to do the work myself if I knew what the hell I was doing.. Maybe there's a write up of some sort? Help!

If you are on the NW side of town, take it to Marietta Motorsports.
If you are on the NE side of town, take it to MSP Cycle or Cycle Stop.

Check out Speed Demonz Powersports right on Jimmy Carter Blvd heading towards Mountain Industrial. They are on the same side as the IHOP just south of Rockbridge Road. They've got a couple F4is in the shop as we speak. They are a small shop but do very good work and treat you like family.

Join CBRworld.net or CBRforum.com

There are probably more write-ups for the CBR-600 than any other sport bike. The F2 and F3 were very common in their day.

Yea.... I called speed demons and they politely refused to service my CBR. Said they try to stay away from older bikes. Told me it would cost more than the bike is worth for their services.

Wow sorry!! What a way to lose business. I would never turn away work whether I wanted or didn't want to do it.

Huey's (MM) a great tuner, and I have had him do lots of work. Rob(MSP) is just closer. Both will get the job done right. Can't go wrong either way.
