I have a 2K maxima and am thinking of buying a cat-back exhaust, not necessarily for hp gains but more for sound. As does anyone have experience with EBAY exhausts. I am very tempted by it because of its very cheap $200 price tag instead of the $600 greddy, HKS, or cattman exhausts. But I would hate to waste $200 on an exhaust that has fitment problems or will sounds horrible and I would rather save up the $600 and buy a quality systems so do you think the EBAY exhaust will be crappy? Because the last thing i want to is waste $200...

Hey dumbass. Why make two posts on this worthless crap? There's no need for the second one, let alone having put one of them in the WL. Later, QD.

i got an ebay exhaust on my teggy. the n1 style type and it sounds great. the only thing is after 2 years if you don't treat it kinda starts to look dull. nice max btw.

I've had a tsudo exhaust on my civic for about 2 years... For the $215 that i paid for it, It can't be beat. The only problem that I have is that one of my hangers that was welded to the muffler broke off, and left about a half dollar size hole in the muffler.... I believe that this would have happened to any exhaust on my car because its lowered about 3 in out back and my rear lca is almost always hitting it the exhaust piping.

Post 14 of the original thread covered this man.
Also, If you want (to get close to) that 350Z burble you need to have an equal length y-pipe, otherwise you will sound more like an early 90s Pontiac V6.

Why do you want to spend money on something like that and you not looking for HP gains?

buy a muffler and go to muffler and more off of jimmy carter, they will do custom piping and all for $200.
