Are the poppers already Installed with wire run or do you need them installed too? What kind of car?

its an 04 rsx type s and i havn't even fooled with yet i dont know where to start? im an engine person not good at wiring thats why my fogs still aren't installed either maybe if i add some extra you could wire the fogs too how good are you at wiring stuff
