Trade 96 GSR for 92 EG?

Okay, I want some opinions. I have a '96 GSR, about 183k miles on it in good running condition. There's a guy on Craig's List willing to trade his EG for a GSR. Here is the post:

it wouldnt be bad, if your into a show ride. its not to far gone.. But if thats not your style than id keep th egsr. I bought a modded car twice, and i regretted it everytime.
