It will work on any Stock or mild N/Athis is a type r spec chip ....will work with any N/A b16 with type r cams, gsr with type r cams, its not a drastic chip

Most 89-95 ECUs can be programmed to run either SOHC or DOHC VTEC motors. 1992-1995 OBD1 ECUs will work on OBD2 (96-00/01) Civics and Integras but will require an ECU harness converter. A VTEC/Fuel Controller, Adjustable cam gears and Adjustable fuel pressure regulators are not required but will greatly improve the flexibility in tuning and increase the potential for power gains.

The chip features optimized fuel and ignition curves to increase horsepower throughout the power band and depending on your engine combination, increased horsepower is 99% Guaranteed!! Some other features, depending on the program will have disable O2 sensor, Oil Pressure, Knock Sensor, and removal of Rev Limit. Great for vehicles with bolt-on upgrades and internal performance modifications. A socket is also included for easy replacement of either your stock chip or any other chips you may wish to try.

1st- $40obo--good price

2nd-what if u had a GSR, and a spare P28 but chipped layin around but the chip was tuned for a some wild ass setup, and then u bought my type-r cams in the "for sale" section:D but dont have money to get fully tuned(not everyone has $300 to throw down)

3rd- the P72 ECU cant read past 8.2K so U would prob. would make some power out of this
