yes, you can.

Gold HID kits mainly purpose for fog lights.

Also, I see people put in low beam too.

Is 160including ballasts? I just need the bulbs.

they comes with two ballasts and 1 pair of bulbs and accessories.

For just purchase the bulbs, it is not recommended to get the bulbs for your China Ballasts. There are two things. You have to cut the adapters; also, the ballasts that come with the kits are design for the bulbs. So I would not recommended to purchase just the bulbs and try to match it.

Let me know if you still want the bulbs. that would be $85.00 (one pair of Bulbs only)

I don't know what type of bulbs is your fog. I try to search but nothing help.
