Sleeping pills, as with anything taken without moderation, can become addictive. After you take them for a while you can't go to sleep naturally. It's all funny until you go a week without sleep.

It wasn't sleeping pills it was the sleeping syrup medicine, available OTC...doctors said there is no physical addiction but its just a mental one with the want to just do it again and people with no self control go overboard...i'm sure this didn't just come up over night, probably been doing this for a good while now. I've never been a HUGE fan of his music but at least he's smart enough to get help, or smart enough to pay someone smart to tell him what he needs to do.

I love shade 45 too. Although in my opinion they play alot of the same songs over and over, which kinda sucks. I hear that diamonds on my neck song atleast 3 times a day. I mean come on this is satelitte radio they have millions of songs they could play, so fucking do it :\. The best sleep I have ever had was on sleeping meds. I would take them every night if I could *shrug* Sleep is very important. It's very tough to get a good nights rest when you're busy and stressed out.
