Anybody know how to unlock a RAZR

I was given a Motorola RAZR from the verizon wireless network, and it doesn't use a sim card. I have Metro PCS right now and I was wondering since metro also doesn't use a sim is there any way that this motorola phone can be unlocked so that I can use it with my metro service?

If anybody has instructions on how to do it please let me know.

i dont think so. verizon and metro run off of ESN numbers, and if it doesnt match in there systems it will not work. but GL either way.

no problem, i used to work for verizon. i did here about something that verizon is coming out with, which allows a customer to use any unlocked phone, no matter the carrier brand. like using a sprint phone on verizon service.

You can make it work, the only downfall is that you can only send/receive calls and text. It's called flashing your phone.
