well..while my cylinder head is off getting freshened up...I began to experiment with the paint i currently have (still going to get sprayed)....this is how it came out..just hand wax no buffer......

appreciate the comments....the story behind the sticker....the sticker means "down and out"...one of the vdub philosophy is lowering the car as much as possible as well as getting the wheels to "poke" out as far as you can but having the tire remain in the wheel wells ("stretch"and "poke") as you can see im lacking on the stretch but the next set of tires i will get will be 165/45/15s
