Here's what Im cooking tonight. And no your not invited, cook your own.
Pan Seared Chicken Breasts With Crawfish Sauce :D
What you need
3 chicken breasts (or more)
flour
1 jar Alfredo sauce (the lazy way to do it. I can tell you how to make homade alfredo if you like)
1-1 1/2 lbs fully cooked crawfish (I believe the more the better)
Melt butter in a pan and dredge chicken in flour. Sear chicken in pan till done.
Meanwhile peel crawfish tails and add them to alfredo sauce. Heat in a medium saucepan.
Sides
Twice Backed potatoes (purchased from our butcher)
Squash and Zuchini Medley
Two yellow squash
Two zuchini
Cut squash and zuchini, and sautee in a pan with olive oil, a little salt, and minced garlic. Sprinke with oregano at the end(do it to soon and the oregano will burn)
Guys cook this and the panties should fall off by dessert. :D
