well i havn't posted on here in a while but i still read the site from time to time. anyway some of you might dig my current car. it's a 1977 Datsun b210. tiny gas saving motor, with a cool dogleg 5-speed transmission. i might eventually swap something in and do body mods, but i'm kinda getting a kick out of it as is. 40mpg is pretty cool. i have a front bumper for it but it sticks out to far, i need to get it chopped and pushed in. also have some 280z turbo snowflake wheels for when i get tired of the beehives!

also got this , but it has a wiring issue, and i really suck at wiring. i have 3 sets of rims and everything i need to slam this to the ground. but can't get in running. anybody want to come over and wire it up for me?

yeah they both need a change of gravity. the truck is insanely easy to lower, all you need is rear blocks and torsion bars up front basically adjust the way you want it. the b210 takes a bit more, blocks can be used in the rear and either cut 240z coils up front or there is a set of adjustables out there but they are expensive and need welding to install. don't really know why but that is what the site says. funny how they are both orange, it wasn;t planned at all. i thik orange is a great color for older cars. it fades nicely

thanks for the welcome back jon. i have moved on to the older stuff, but they are still imports, so no reason not to post. i've been on the old datsun boards a lot lately. seems like more peaple dig the truck, well i do to really. the 210 is great for driving back and forth with the mpg, but the truck is better for customizing. it has really good lines, this is what i want to do with it, slammed, unibody, welded tailgate, something like this:

yeah! bullet sides are total phatness! no problem man! Datsuns are amazing cars.. i wish i could find a nice 510 or something but i don't think my wallet would allow me to have it lol

It's nothing special right now. Now that it is getting warm again I am trying to find the time to tear it down and restore it.

All it has is the SSS side drafts, cam, header, and exhaust.

Man it took me years to find mine and I still fell into it and got a raging deal on it. I got lucky. :D

same with the b210, i'd had seen pictures but i never thought i'd see one for sale. till this fell into my lap. i paid the price of the heavy duty clutch that was just installed and got the car free. i had to put the tranny back myself though!
