OK so the situation is that i am in desperate need of a new shop location.

the background.

as many know i moved into a new shop on jan 1st. Another person had the location but needed help to pay for it. so it seemed perfect i need a shop he needs payment help all is good. well this month comes up and he tells me on the 1st he is not paying his part of rent anymore becuase he cant get his business going? the place we have has an office and he needs the office for legal reasons so i assume he is gonna just rent the office now even though he wont tell me.

anyways i need a new location. or even another shop that is looking to hire some more help. trying to stay in the gwinnett area but would consider further for the right place. i have till the end of the month really so any help is appreciated

there is an old progressive lighting building off of 120...at the corner of meadow church. I was just thinking the other day that it would be a cool place to put something. Has an office out front, and a shop/warehouse thing in the rear.

On Powder Springs Rd. in Marietta there is an old Jiffy Lube or some kind of old chain oil change place that is for sale/rent/lease.
