Alright. So I have a 92 integra. I spun a bearing and now my car just sits their. I thought about parting it out or just selling it out right to someone. Its a decent car needs paint but has xtras like full exaust 7lb flywheel exedy clutch etc. It ran real strong over all i was happy with the car. i paid 1200 for it. Ive put about 2k into it so far and thats what i think is troubling me with selling it. My friend has a crx for sale 800 bucks with a brand new 0 mile motor and tranny. But needs some interior minor body work and a paint job. Stock engine out of an Eg is in thier. I can replace the motor in my car for 300 bucks. But i just recently joined the Air Force and im going to be shipping off soon to basic and i wont be home for awhile so i didnt see the point. After i got back i was going to look for a car maybe s2k,sti,evo etc. Or i could just put more money into the teg. My question is dump the teg and get the crx. Screw them both and just suck it up and get a newer car when i get back?

Well i took my oil pan and everything off today and checked to see just to make sure. Had a lil flakes of metal in the bottom of the pan. Spun a bearing :( and to top it off it looks like i blew a head gasket. Lots of antifreeze in the oil. So pretty much the motors shot. anyone have objections to a c1 swap?
