Any single blade shavers on here?

Just getting into it and looking at a Murker HD with the longer handle. Might order it and a Best badger brush and some soaps tonight too. Anybody else on here?

I have started using the single blade side of my Fusion for the entire face, and it works better lol.

It's extremely cheaper this way. Blades are cheap and the soaps and cremes last a looong time. More expensive starting out but in the long/short run it's a win win.

I use a straight razor around my beard and hair line.... I can't use any razors to shave my whole face tho... Ingrown hairs own me.

you actually need to be careful.. most peoples skin cant handle a single blade. on avg youll find that your skin is pretty sensitive to it and even though it may not cut you.. its damn sharp so it can cause you to break out

This stuff is much better for you. Cream, blades and all. Cutting yourself is not a problem when you know how to do it properly.

Never did the metal razor thing. Always invested in my yearly electric shaver for a less hassle. I do a mach 3 tho lol. Still in the box and never used

if you wanna do local, crabtree and evelyn has great brushes(go for badger hair), soaps/creams/etc.

as far as the razors, either look online, or sometimes, if you know what you're looking for, you can find decent vintage razors in thrift stores. for pretty much nothing.

for blades though, avoid feathers while you're starting out. you'll make confetti out of your face. derbys are nice.

I just bought one from sallys, works fine for me... I don't need anything super nice aka expensive.

I used one for a while.. But I'm like most ppl shave quickly or even in the shower cause its nicer on my skin. Using the single blade takes more time..

You should just try going to the barbershop once in a while and getting a shave consider it a treat :D

I've been using a regular Mach3 for as long as I can remember and it's worked great. :)

I at least got the facial hair, height, and endowment of the white side. So far, the only Asianness that I've maintained are black hair, brown eyes, tan skin, an anime obsession, and m4d l337 Starcraft sk1llz.
