Very impressive, my knees hurt after watching that lol, does that mean im getting old?? I'd love to see one of these free runners on COPs or something. The police would be like WTF when they drop like 40ft off of a wall :eek: BTW was that concrete stucture meant for them to practice on?? :thinking:

yeah...he created parkour, but the originator of freerunning lives nearby and formed a group called yamakasi, there's a film based on them under the same name.
