This is my second house here in GA located in Richmond Hill which is just outside of Savannah. My other house is up in Dahlonega. I am in the military which is unfortunately why I have the second home down here... anywho..

The wife and I decided to dig up some old bushes and plant some new flowers around the yard along with adding some mulch. Pretty self explanatory.

We also decided to tear out the HORRIBLE countertops and replace them with some new ones. We did not want to go extravagant because we will be selling this home in a couple of years. We spent way to much on our new home we built in dahlonega and decided that neutral would work good enough. So in went some cheap lil prefab counters and a nice stainless sink with new faucet. Only cost around $800 total including some new files and saw blades. We still have to finish painting and switching out the outlest but its a good start for about 6 hours of work on the cabinets and 3 on the yard. But anywho...

P.S. - and on a side note being 25 and owning two homes isnt all its cracked up to be!

Nice job bro, looks like it took some time on the counter top, I helped my dad do his at his house and it was kinda hard, but it was my first time and I'm not a carpenter. Yard work looks pretty good to bro, Oh wait, need to get a rake on that yard...lol. j/k...
