Wednesday Night at Malibu Grand Prix....

Wednesday night at Malibu grand prix is the site of the Monthly Car and Bike meet. Things get started about 8:00 or so. We have a few things to raffle off (for free) again this month. Past raffles have included Panasonic speakers, Polk Audio speakers, tokens to Malibu games, subs, gift certificates to local shops, magazine subscriptions (S3 and 2Wheel Tuner), Matworks mats, Greased Lightning cleaning supplies, and more.

I think we have have some of the above again, and a few new things this month.

We will be there rain or shine....so please come on out, and have a good time. If mother nature cooperates, we will even have a DJ spinning...

All cars and motorcycles are welcome. Parking is first come - first served.

Reps from 2 car mags and 1 motorcycle mag will be there.

These meets are always fun. I have been to all of them and never been hasseld by the cops. The parking lots holds a ton of cars and Malibu likes it that we are there.

plus malibu is right around the corner and nice for a change of pace...the marietta wednesday night meets were fun when we'd actually get out and do something but i don't live right around the corner from sidelines like i used to and i don't feel like driving two hours to sit down and eat or play volleyball.

go left (west) onto Indian Trail
turn left (south) at the Brook Hollow Pkwy light

...MGP is about a 1/2 mile down on your left


from the north...
same thing, same exit but go straight across the exit and the road becomes Brook Hollow...MGP still 1/2 down on the left

Thanks for coming out. We had a great time but once again the rain kept most away. One of these months we are going to get a nice clear night.

BTW, thank you about my bike. I have worked on it real hard and I still have a few more thinks that need to be done. It should be fully finished real soon.

Not meaning to mind you.... I was hauling ass to get home before the rest of the monsoon hit.

Needless to say it hit while on Satillite Blvd and I lost control doing 37mph..... Bald tires dammit...... Oh course this happens right in front of a Gwinett County Sheriff's car......... Did 2 full 360's and luckily did not hit any curbs....

Cop was there because of the hydroplaining that was happening to almost everyone... I got lucky not destroying the car.

that car is incredible lol...i love the color and how everything matches...not 10 different shades of pink and it's turbo with nitrous how sick is that...and john how old was chick that was driving it? we were trying to guess.....and is it a factory tubo set up or what? the hood never got opened....

The owner of the car, Allie, is in high school. Not 100% sure, but I think 17 or so. She is BIG into horseback riding....I dont know much about it.

The color of the car is HoK Kandy pink. Kandy is VERY hard to paint (from what I understand)....there are a few things that need touching up, but thats the case with most (possibly all) cars out there.

Stock turbo (for now). Intake and exhaust have been changed. Nitrous installed. Did you get to see the brakes on there?? 6 piston in front, and 4 piston in the rear. DEFINATLEY a custom set-up.

it's cool kt knows lauren too...it was awesome gettin to see her last night...and yea john those brakes were incredible...the rear rotors were awesome and the fact almost EVERYTHING on the car was painted to match was awesome....i bet that car cost plenty of money ecspecially considering it is all HoK Kandy which is far from cheap....anyways yea i don't even care the car is pink it was an incredible color and very very cleanly done.....and why did they not open the hood? is it just stock under there or what....?
