This sunday we will be meeting up at the Steak and Shake in Morrow at 8 a.m. to roll down to Import Showdown. We will be leaving at 9 a.m. in order to get there when the gates open at 10 so we can register to run. Anyone is welcome to join us.

well i know two of the backways . if you wanted we could do a second meet in griffin and go one of those routes, and avoid the interstate all together.

It only takes about 5 mins to get to the stockbridge exit from steak and shake. If you want you can time it and just hop on the highway at about 9:05- 9:10 and catch up to a pack of cars ridin with me. I'll be in a Red 92 Prelude with a primer hood and trunk. Just roll up next to me and let me know you rollin with us. or just meet us at steak and shake. Not being an a$$ but before its over we'll end up having 5 miny meets before we actually get to the track. But your more than welcome to roll with us.

Remember the Red one hangs with your "GT" until the end of 4th gear. Ohhh and remember the red one is my "slow" car. Its gonna be soooo great to see the look on your face when my rice is as fast as your "muscle". lol.

Why are you guys heading all the way down I-75? That's a good 45 miles out of the way. Just take 19-41 until it turns into 341, then turn in Roberta on Highway-128. It brings you straight out into Reynolds and is a whole lot easier and less rough of a drive.

Unless you have a car faster than 14 secs. you don't need a helmet. If you run faster than 13.99 you have to have a helmet and you can't have anyone ride with you. And about the choice of routes. That can be finallized at steak and shake. Personally I don't care for driving threw GRIFFIN 10+ cars deep. But if it saves time, money, and GAS I'm all for it.

You will need a working seatbelt, windows, battery tie down (bungee cords are allowed), and long pants. A helment is only needed for those running under 13.99. --- Other, more specific rules apply (tyres, interior pieces, power adders) per each individual category. well anyone who reads this and wants to ride the backways are more than welcome to meet us at the wal-mart in griffin and we will take 19/41 and then go the fastest way through roberta straight there. we will meet at 9 and leave around 9:15 which will put us at the gates around 10 when they open (and thats driving at a leisurely pace). hope to see some of you there. i will be in the hatch in my sig. along with a few other cars.
