yeah I did all you need is a dremel and a screw driver and a small drill bit

not really you just cut a hole out you know is too small, then when the cover doesn't sit flush you cut a little more and a little more till you get it right, it doesn't matter how ****ty you cut the holes because the covers will hide the jagged holes that you cut
