What happens if I were to remove a parking wheel boot on a friends car and not pay it? Then leave it in the parking lot?
I assume he gets more fines?

Just take off the while wheel/hub assembly and tow the car home. I remember seeing an image where somebody actually did that. lol

I know.. but dont they keep the tag nbrs.. isnt that how they find them to begin with when people dont pay?

Isn't getting a boot on your car usually for the 3rd offense? I think it is mostly them doing their job.

if you take it off you will probably get a ticket.... If you take it with you, there is a strong possibility that you will get arrested.
