Apparently, you are a tooty man.

And the only thing I could think of that is a plus for turning 23 is that you are one year closer to the magical age of 25 where you become a better driver (according to insurance companies, at least).

It's the second anniversary of your 21st birthday. Of course there's a lot to celebrate.
