Need exhaust Help...

I had purchased a buschur racing exhaust the exhaust doesn't come with a flange i need either one welded or i need a 2.75" pipe to connect the both... any good places around here that will have either or do it for cheap?

some muffler shops wanted to charge me a 100

other stores don't have 2.75in pipe... pepboys autozone... etc... and muffler shops won't just sell me the pipe... so i'm kind of stuck
