Unplug some vacuum lines if its OBD1 and it might pass el oh el
if its cel, do what ive always done it work everytime, unplug the battery start clear it hook battery up start go to emmisions

It's much better to register your car at an address in another county that's a little further away from Atlanta where you don't need emmisions done.
Registration is always cheaper, and perfectly legal. I've been doing that for years.

Actually, it's not.
I know SEVERAL people who've gotten 'improper registration' tickets for doing it. Just as illegal, though it is cheaper.

i do believe the law's changed/changing to where you need you license to be in that county.
