clutch problem

after maybe an hour or so of driving my clutch starts to feel really tight and im guessing thats whats causing my tranny not to shift as smooth, im so confused:???:

If it's cable actuated, then maybe the clutch cable went bad. If it's hydraulic, possible bad throw out bearing, which is getting stuck on the shaft. Have you considered getting a new clutch anytime soon?

yeah, i have the clutch is getting a little soft anyway
