OK- If there are any witnesses out there I need your help- I was getting off the N120 loop to get on Roswell Rd in Marietta this morning and another lady hit me because she did not yield. This happened around 8:20 am. If you it happen can you please email me at th posting address. I need someone who honestly saw it to contact the officer and inform him of who was at fault. There were plenty of witnesses but no one stopped to tell the officer what really happened. She has her side (the wrong one) and I have my side (the honest one). I will be filing a claim with Geico against her,but it is not worth taking to court. Thanks!!
I was in a 94 Accord and she was in an 06 Grand Prix. Damn I'm pissed. At least it wasnt my Civic. I know the damage isnt that bad, but it is the principle of the matter.
