It's chopped... lol... photochopped. :P

It was originally a pic of a guy with a cut on his finger, which is why the blood looks good. :goodjob:

If you look closely you can see where I reconstructed the middle finger using the clone brush and airbrush.. look like juuust to the right of the nub.
