Use limewire? If so I need help.

I am trying to spread my band's music around on limewire and I know I don't personally download anything without there being at least a few different sources are available for it... So I really need a few people (preferably those signed on there frequently) to download the songs from me and host/share them.

Can anyone help me out? At least to get started.
