Accord 5spd conversion parts

Looking for parts for a 5spd. conversion on a 93 Accord.
1. Hard lines from slave cylinder to reservoir on firewall. All nuts and bolts too please.
2. Clutch Reservoir on firewall. Nuts and bolts please.
3. Pedal Assembly. Nuts and bolts please.
4. Shifter assembly. Boot/Knob not necessary. Nuts and bolts please.
