idea's on the tranny

[type-r swap]

so i got the tranny fixed on my jdm type r tranny but now 3rd gear keeps on poping out what can b wrong

my gsr tranny kept doing that right before the bearings melted and siezed up, also 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear were missing like half the gear teeth. I guess the guy before me drove the piss out of the car. either way, i would be cautious and consider taking a look at the insides.
