depending on the current status of your relationship with your wife could go quick and easy or slow and difficult. good luck to you. sorry to hear there is a child involved.

Good luck with it Hatch. Depends on if your current wife wants to be spiteful or not. Brother went through a NASTY divorce because of that. Then on the other hand, my buddy went down and they signed the papers and that's that... Hopefully it is the later of the two for you. Just make sure the child knows that he/she is loved by both parents and it is not his/her fault above anything else.

I have been through it.. Her choice not mine .. It sucks. heh the worst part is she went back with her ex... Heh it sucks.
