Im wondering which manifold will perform better for my needs. Ive read that the performer x is good for midrange power untill around 3000-7500 and then it drops off and the ive heard the victor x is good for top end power. Ill be reving to about 8500 or so and im shooting to break 500whp which im more then sure ill be able too. Also should i go with ITR cams or keep my stock GSR cams? The head is built p72 and was ported by DFE Enterprises. I believe im gonna run the garret t3 60-1.

I run the BBK SSI. I has to be mated with an aftermark Throttle Body but it is definately a nice manifold for the money and I made 520hp on it and mine revs to 9000.

itr cams will net you more power, but not necessary. it depends on your budget for everything. if you have extra money then get them. for the manifold, the performer x doesnt just "drop off", but the victor x is definitely more suited for top end power. where do you want your powerband to be? that will really determine which manifold to get. if you dont mind having less midrange and hella power up top, get the victor x. if you want some midrange and just continue up top, get the performer.

Get a Skunk2 intake manifold and then get a Skunk2 70mm throttle body. Make sure you get them port matched also.:goodjob:

^Since it is the same company, and they were probably designed to work hand in hand, wouldnt it already be port matched?
