Regal 24 went down the toilet around ~2003 when the punks started outnumbering the normal people. Regal Atlantic will probably go the same way eventually.

i can do north dekalb ,but not stonecrest...north dekalb aint too bad no more. But i cant even mess with stonecrest at all on saturday..
