Thats messing up in my 94 Sentra. Lowest I've found to fix it is 850 just for labor. Sentra is in great condition. Should I fix it or sell it, and how much do you think I can get for it?

Is it the 1.6 or the 2.0?

It is the 1.6. My motor is in great condition other than the tensioner. little to no sludge, pulls fine.

^^^ He is right. Atleast on the SR20 motor it doesn't take but 20-25 minutes to change.

not easy at all on the GA16DE, you have to tilt the motor apparently. Got 4 700 quotes, and finally got a guy fixing it for 400.lol. You have to take apart front of motor apart to reach it. redoing entire timing components, plus water pump.
