For doing their job and not being complete d!cks about it. I had an interview with Ameripark today and left my house late. In my rush to make it to buckhead on time. I came over the hill on the 400 on ramp and got busted by GA's Finest. Appologized to the officer for speeding and wasting his time to write a ticket told him I hadn't had one in 4 years. Needless to say I was doing 81 in a 55 but he came back with 69 in a 55 :goodjob: . Just gonna go and plead no lo. The last ticket I got was in VA 4 years ago and plead guilty so I'm gonna use my No Lo on this.

Either way though after the encounter I had with Tyrone police last night I wasn't looking forward to dealing with this guy but he ended up being really chill about it. :goodjob:

14 and under in the state of GA is no points on your license. Generally they don't show up for insurance or other courts in GA. I've had a couple tickets I got reduced to that and never got my insurance bumped up or anything. Thats why he gave you that. That way GA still gets the revenue for the fine but shouldn't hurt you beyond that.

depends on what insurance company you have. If its allstate, yes it is true.It has nothing to do with the insurance company...14 and under is not considered a moving violation in Georgia therefore insurance won't even see it.

FYI, WE (INS COMPANIES) HAVE A MORE DETAILED REPORTING SYSTEM THEN ANY STATE; IF YOU GET A TICKET FOR EVEN 1 MILE OVER BEST BELIEVE YOU GETTIN 3 POINTS ON YOUR INSURANCE POLICY. DEPENDING ON THE COMPANY THEY MAY NOT CHARGE IT, BUT IT STILL COMES UP FOR US TO "SEE"

Yes it does, it has everything to do with the insurance company. see below.

I just got new insurance under Mercury and they dont determine by points, they determine by violation.

For those that are wondering, "No Lo" does not mean that it doesn't report to insurance. You will have a better chance of it not reporting by getting the 14 over than by entering a "no lo" plea.

If I were you, I'd go in to court, tell them that you will pay it today, and humbly request that it isn't reported to the DMV...it shouldn't be (as it is under 15 over), but it never hurts to ask.

LoL ive been pulled over along another car before for 72 in a 55 and out smarted the educated police man about tire sizing and radar technology he was using. I didn't get the ticket needless to say, i wasn't even going that fast anyways. The funny part is he pretended to give me a ticket so the guy he pulled over also thought i was pwnd too.
