well im not hte one who put them on but when i get home i thought i would lossen them up to make sure the gaskets arnt messed up and then tighten them back up and see if thast whats wrong..but if i keep them liek this with the hissing will it mess anything up, but i kno the engein bay will get dirty quicker but other then that will it mess up

compression loss...worse gas mileage..number of things probably. They might not have made sure there was a good connection to the cat.

I'm curious if you've done a V8 swap or V6 swap in your civic since you have HEADERS. lol, just messing w/ you but in case you ever have to ask anything again it's a header on a 4 cyl, just trying to keep you from getting laughed at. Also, find out what they torqued the bolts to and make sure that they are to spec. Also, make sure they do it in an alternating pattern when tightening. The stock manifold gasket has worked well so far on my car and I've been through two different headers as well as taking each of them off and back on several times.
