Well I'd say neither, but if I had to choose I'd stick with the current laws.

I dont think mary j should be illegal. It should have the same laws as alcohol. I do feel that we should be able to drink at 18 (i do not drink). But at the same time I think the drivers license laws should be Learners at 16-18, Drivers license at 18.

as of early 97 drinking age on base is 21 also.

As of 99 drinking age is 21 for those serving overseas also. Before that the drinking age mirrored local laws.
