That's a picture of him?
With that said, "yellow lights" mean to clear the intersection, not "enter into and then clear" the intersection. The only reason to enter into the intersection on a yellow would be to avoid a wreck by stopping too quickly.
So, "running a yellow" can be a ticketable offense.

A. I couldn't imagine living at home past age 18 (when I went to college).
B. VERY few people actually *save* money while living at home in all honesty. They waste their money on going out, food, cars, toys, etc.
Moving out serves one main purpose: to make you grow up and handle adult responsibilities. Too many times I have seen what is basically a *kid* who is 23 and living at home. They don't really know what the real world is like 'cause they are still sucking off of mom's tit. They don't have a mortgage, they don't have to prepare all of their own meals, clean their place, etc.

No they can't just take you to jail for whatever they want, and they can't make up charges. It's called false imprisonment. I have been pulled over all over North Georgia including Hall County. I've been told to go back where I came from in Cartersville. I got busted "driving down a road closed to through traffic." I've been pulled over for "impersonating an emergency vehicle" on Barrett Parkway. I've gotten wreckless driving, improper passing, 81 in a 55, 84 in a 55, got pulled over for 142 in a 55, got put on probation for my driving record, etc. I have still never gone to jail. Its not luck. The BS meter is rising.

I mean, ****, surprisingly all of the times I've been pulled over were for reckless driving and I NEVER lost my license or went to jail. The one time I did go to jail for a traffic offense was after running a red light on a one way street at 3 am, but the cop arrested me because I admitted drinking underage, not for running the stupid redlight. I wasn't drunk btw and they dropped the DUI
Im sure if since you were charged with reckless driving you probably swirved around somebody to get through the light before it turned red. Maybe even a school bus being that early :2cents:

I did not have any thing that was in any way illegal no drugs, guns, knives, wepons of any type, nor any alcohol of anytype.
