You would be wise to observe that Konata is actually the
significant other of your beloved Kagami. You'll also become
aware that practically every female character in Lucky Star
is either bisexual or lesbian. Sorry for the disappointment.

tsukasa is teh easier one...Tsukasa is simply the pedobear target of the series. Coincidentally, she's also one of my favorite characters along side Yutaka.

Of the entire collection, Love Hina Again is by far my favorite selection as it reverts back to the original manga artstyle by Ken Akamastsu that has now become famous.

If you are referring to Lucky Star, then unfortunately that's all the series is composed of. Watch enjoy, and re-watch for lulz. DVD's begin their domestic releases on May 6th.
