alright i need a crv ecu but dont know wat code it si (p28,p06,p2t) i have an obd2 car 99 civic hb and i have to pass emmsion on it so i need a crv ecu also would any other ecu work lmk i need this info as quick as possible

you just need any OBD2 NON VTEC ECU, LS will work

wat if the motor is built and has a vtec gsr head can i use a p2t ecu

so where can i get a 5spd ls ecu at and about how much would it cost




will a 2000 si ecu work b/c its a b20/vtec swap so vtec does work ?

VTEC will work, but it just means you can have more problems .

You want the ECU that looks for the LEAST AMOUNT of sensors. So LS ECU is best so you wont throw an VTEC codes.

You also need to make sure the b20vtec motor has the OBD2 oil pump Crank Sensor or you need to do the bypass trick to elimnate that code.

so if i havea obd2 b16a2 in there i can use my oil pump crank sensor

also if i cant how do i do i bypass trick so it wont throw and code a cause me to fail

and will it be fine just to use for emssion problems i am getting the cams from mr.kidd
and i dont want to blow the motor or have any other problems with it when it comes time to pass emssions

also will it be better to runa chipped p28,p30 ecu witha conversion harness or is it better to run something like a vafc, msd dashawk, unit with a p2t ecu and tune it that way
