ok bmw owners i need to pick your brain

i have a 1990 bmw 525i an it keep's running hot i have replaced the cooling fan
clutch fan,thermastat, all hose's what could be the problem an the head gasket is not blowed im stuck!!!

try radiator buddy... thats what usually happens to early model bmws

Water pump? Also did you bleed the system after you did the work? I do know Bmw's use plastic bits in their cooling systems, other than that :dunno:

It could also be a cracked head, or a head gasket issue. those cars suffered from cracked heads on a regular basis.

If i were you I would take it to a good shop like AutoFAB Motorsports (678-482-2221) and have someone check it out before spending any money on it. while it could very well be a pump, hose, radiator, etc.. you want to get a few good opinions on it before spending money.
