was driving home and it was working, and then the bass control knob started going in and out then just went out.i pulled over and opend my trunk and the amp came unscrewd from the box and was all twisted hanging by the wires. Im guessing it pwr and grd crossed? Its not turning on, NONE of the fuses are blown. any1 have any ideas? its a few months old.

do you have any idea of what it could be? i unplugged everything, took both 60A fuses out, screwd all 4 corners down to the back of my seats to make sure it wont fall off again..

check the fuse to the battery it self... check all wiring.. grounds.. remotes and all.. this is where a test light comes in handy...

If everything is wired up correctly, is it still possible to blow an amp?

well see the situation was, im guessing when u took a corner the box came unscrewed and slid across the trunk along with the amp and i thought mayb the power and ground touched or somthing, But the amp it self has 2 of the big 60A fuses, and i just changed my fuse block and holder from the battery last week and none were blown.
amp dosnt power on, not even protection mode or light.

heres how you can test for power. just take 3 wires 1 ground 1 power and 1 remote wire. pop your hood and test it right on the battery. just use a small remote wire and hook it to the power wire. so power wire and remote wire together to the positive terminal and the ground is to the negative terminal.
if it does not come on testing like this then there is something up inside the amp. good luck

OR...you can use a multi meter.....you should get 12 volts (or there abouts) with the car and system off at the amp itself. If you dont, then somethign witin the power cable is wrong. Jsut because a fuse is not visually blown, they sometimes will not pass current...especially if you have the AGU glass type fuse.
If you have access to a meter, you can test it pretty easily.
if all the fuses are good and nothing works... I know a guy that fixes amps, although dunno if its worth it for that titan.. might as well get a new one if it's definitely busted. His name is Scott, his shop is attached to Sound Sensations

ok so i did the straight hook up to battery and it turned on! so i went and did my wire search and found out the remote wire fuse was blown from my headunit...so i went and replaced it..but now the amp constantly stays on!!?! what the hell can this be now?!

I told you to bring it to me young grass hopper... if it stays on the remote is wired constant.. either use a fuse tap and tap in to a fuse in the car that shuts off with the car or wire it to the red wire on your head unit and it will shut off when the head unit does

you did undo the jump from power to remote to test the amp didnt you?make sure the remote wire its connected to the blue or blue/white wire marked for amp turn on or remote on the back of the head unit. if it is and is still staying on . then something is up with the head unit. you can wire the amp to the fuse box to a power source that comes on when you turn your key on. but try getting it to work the right way first. oh and why does your remote wire have a fuse on it? i have never heard of such a thing.
