The bottom floor is complete tile, the stair case is hardwood. 2 bathrooms upstairs have marble flooring.
The front and back yard are small so very easy to maintain.Had a nice size back patio.
Rent: $1350 a month.
It's is for a 12 month lease and deposit of $1350 is required. If you ahve dogs or cats deposits will be slighly higher.

Yeah I've been over there plenty of times. I love how the house is at the back of neighborhood so it's very quiet w/ no foot or car traffic. Very nice house.

Well some people cant finance a house, like some. I know a 3 bedroom Apt rents for about 1k a month, for a litte more u can have 1 more room and 2 car garage, Family room, nice size kitchen and not worry about being to loud!!!



I WILL POST INSIDE SHOTS LATER THIS WEEK, IM HAVING THE HOUSE CLEANED AND CARPETS SHAMPOOED!!
