To summarize. I went shooting with a Ruger, and now can no longer hear in my left ear because I didn't wear hearing protection.
It's been 4 days, I wonder if the hearing will come back. :(

Thanks guys, I was hoping some others would have a similar experience and have some feedback.
It's such a weird feeling only hearing out of one side.

oh yea and like rx8 said it will last about a week maybe a couple days longer depending on how often you shoot(the more you do the more your ears adapt to it and recover quicker)

lol i dont have any scientific evidence to back my theory but after shooting for a awhile it no longer affects me like it did at first. but again this is not based on any scientific process.

its okay, we'll put it in the same category as Hawking radiation and white holes, fits perfect with the no scientific evidence crew, ear adaptation relativity theory :ninja:

same with my dad at the NHRA drag races, he used to work on them, but i don't think they adapt, your ear drums get thicker (can't hear as good) and that is why :D
could be wrong though
