B_Hoov
03-30-2008, 11:28 PM
yes this is the set-up from my accord that insurance totaled out, changed a few things up and going to see ed at balanced when finished to get her tuned, my accord was running on break in tune as i never got it fully tuned, i would like to see 700hp from this one, tuned down to around 300 for daily driving and baby hauling!

are you going to be able to close and use your factory hood without running spacers? thats a big reason why i chose explicit speed, lookin factory and moving like a ferrari...

Ferraris can run from a dig on street tires. LOL

Don't get me wrong, when you find traction it's gonna check outta the big end like a raped ape (on a slick and well-prepped track). But some mild B swaps (+ boost) w/ even decent power are gonna send you home pissed a lot of nights --- esp on the street. Traction - it's what's for dinner.

got some slicks but not planning on running them daily, to the strip and maybe to certain meets etc...yea i still need them but i was laid off today so until i find something else i don't need to buy anything, i still have ordered parts that haven't arrived.

Sucks about getting laid off, hope you find something else. But thats gonna be a badas* EF hatch, I also heard that EF's were not good cars to build for that much hp, don't know it was a question so don't kill me about it... But G/L on the build and hope to see it soon.
