I posted in the FS section that I got some Gateway 506GR 3.2-3.4ghz PCs for sale for 600 bucks. But It got deleted twice, and it's not my imagination. Wassup with that?

I didn't break the rule or anything. Posted the specs, pictures, etc.

What else do I have to do?

because your selling 4 brand new ones which means its not a personal sale, its for business and only site sponsors can sell for business. That is posted in the FS forum in the PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING thread. You changing the 2nd thread to then say a few Gateways doesnt fool us.

I deleted the first one, dont know who did the 2nd one

Yep I just saw it over there, Ga-Teg deleted the other one for the exact same reason.. the only reason i wonder if these are from a store is they are 600 and that is crack head cheap.

Well anyone having 4 brand new ones and selling for a chep price is either for a business or they are hot... either way, not allowed :)

If they are hot, someone will buy it, and when they try to activate the Windows they will be caught, then they take the heat for a stolen PC ( Granted im sure he didnt steal them, But this is just us looking out for our fellow IA members, and if they arent hot they are for business, and like I said... still not allowed )

uh, excuses me but you're wrong on both cases. I'm neither selling them for a business nor they're hot. I'm just selling them for myself. I bought them when they were on clerance for cheap. And now just reselling them on the side. This aren't for any SHOPS nor anything. I still have the receipts of where I bought them for. All Softwares are legal and legitimate.

So in another word, I have to pay to sell my own personal stuffs if I have a bunch of them??

And some of you jump on telling me that I stole them. - (Not you Brett since you were only stating the reason that I'm being suspicious) - I'm not. So don't go around being a bandwagon and misjudge people. Have a little moral. Being a Process Engineer, I don't need to lower myself like such thieves and disgusting act. I was raised well by my parents. I few IA members have met me before, included Julio, Cliff, and KevyKev where I bought the tires from them. Though not long, but I think they know how I am. So please, those of you that misjudge me, reflect back on yourself and try to be mature a little more.

I deleted one of the threads because it seemed to me that it was for a shop. That was my reason for doing it. I can understand your frustration but at the same time you have to see it form our eyes (mods) as well. We not only have to protect our sponsors but also the members from possibly "hot" merchandise. This goes for everything from car parts to walkmans, we have to make judgements based on what we see on the screen and not you as a person. :goodjob:

When trying to sell something, I'd like to offer a suggestion. Granted this is not the most formal site ever, believe it or not, but proper grammer and english go a long way, at least in my opinion. For example, the title of this thread...Maybe it should read...Why did my thread get deleted twice? Thats just my .02 man...gluck selling
