The reason im asking this question in here is because i know this is the only section where there are cars that will benefit from slicks. Bascially Ive heard all kinds of different ideas on Softening drag slicks or making them stick. Everything from WD40 to Paint Thinner. Anybody else have any suggestions. Thanks

We used to set the go-kart tires on a a rotating spool and slowly turn them through a shallow vat of VHT. Overkill for a drag car, like incon said, just roast em and let em burn.
