you have to use 96-00 for your 99 civic! 92-95 WILL NOT WORK! also i have a shock and spring combo from a 99 si i think it has drop springs but have not had a chance to look for 125$

i'm interested. i'd rather get them together though. seems like it'll cost me less than to piece em together.
