$2900 and a clean 92 integra?

Plans could include selling the car for more money and buying something else, spending it all on a body kit, etc. Just would like opinions.

lower it on some good sh!t not ebay coilovers nice wheels HID's and get the interior looking good and they paint and them use it as a DD
