why did they tip the car over?

i think somebody was under it, i assume they blurred it because it was too graphic to show.

Yes... there was a person underneath it (according to the commentator).... and my guess is that it is the person that died....

i saw it on the new in the spanish channel.. they showed the guy hit. he was all bleeding from the face....and dead
